Default Cooling fan problems?

Just curious, anyone else have any cooling fan problems?
The other day, stuck in traffic, I soared up to 228 F. I noticed neither of my fans was running. I reached down and gave the left side a twirl & it started to spin.
No noise, or apparent problem, but the next time I checked, it was froze up solid! I've never seen an electric motor seize up like that?
Anyone else have any experience with their fans?

Never had it happen on mine. I think there was a problem on the 1098 where a wire was catching on the fan. Not sure if that ever became a big problem or not. It might be worth looking to see if anything is blocking it. Even something small could cause it not to turn.

Hope you figure it out.
