Maybe you guys can give me more ideas as I'm now looking at less 'cosmetic' accessories.
Anyway, my top 5 so far and the reasons.
1. Termi Slip Ons That sound. They look cool also and unlike many here, I love their carbon. IMO, they seem to fit the bike much better than the new 2010 Termis.

Do yourself a favor and get the full system, you'll just end thinking that you should of got it anyway once you have the slipons installed.

1.20mm front fork kit- the front was way too soft for my size
2.slipper clutch- should have been there anyway
3. rear shock- the stock one doesn't match the forks
4. steering damper- again should have been there anyway
5.confort mods i.e. adjustable clip-ons, rearsets, seat- It doesn't matter what you do if the bike isn't comfortable to ride

Ohh... Nobody makes offset riser bars for the 848? Sounds like buying triple clamps for the sole purpose of rising the bars is counterintuitive.

Yeah, I've seen a couple of offset bars, but they only allow you to adjust the angle, not the height, of the bars. Besides, they don't come with the bling factor of a nicely machined triple.

1. Rear shock and spring appropriate for rider and riding type, the stocker is awful.
2. Respring/revalve forks.
3. Bring the top triple flush with the fork tubes (raise the front).
4. Rear ride height adjuster.
5. Kyle Steering Dampener.
GMD computrack did 1-4, worth every dime.
Next up, forged aluminum wheels.
